Old oak is a wonderful and very tough hardwood that brings a unique kind of coziness into your home. It’s warm, robust and it’s got some of the most beautiful patterns with knots, wormholes and grains giving every piece a character on its own. Truly the stylish classic that one chooses for life, just like a black Prada bag.
Birch is a light-colored, almost white hardwood, a nordic champion that can live happily in places like Iceland and Greenland. The bright yet warm colors of birch wood can bring some lovely Scandinavian vibes into your home, no matter how close to the equator that is.
There’s no material that can compare to solid wood when it comes to bringing warmth and coziness to a space. For all of our products we use wood of the highest quality sourced from European forests.
Unless you wish otherwise, we use a natural oil for the finish, not only because we want the wooden surfaces to age beautifully, but because they prolong the life of our furniture, making them live up to our promise and last a lifetime, or two.
